這因人而異。不同的人不僅身體狀況和個人能力不同﹐而且個性和學習目的也有差異。我們的成年學員中﹐有體重僅有90磅﹐除蔡李佛功夫以外,不參加任何體育運動的﹐也有體重高達260磅﹐參加過足球和舉重運動的 - 您可以想像我們的學員的多樣化。只要您願意嘗試去學習, 以便讓我們有機會觀看您實際的練習情況, 我們才能 知道蔡李佛功夫是否適合您﹔ 您也可以致電我們﹐我們覺得一對一回答您的問題效果可能會更好﹐因為每個人的需求和能力都不相同。請不用擔心﹐我們不會強買強賣。我們更希望的是學員來到這裡是因為他們真正想留在這環境裡﹐並100%地感到舒服。

是的﹗在自己的學院內﹐我們力圖恪守自己的傳統和習俗。因為我們尊重自己的根﹐我們遵循著創始人和他的恩師傳承給我們的一切﹐以延續我們這一特別的宗派。我們欣然操練我們所學到的功夫並將它原原本本地傳授給我們的學員。我們也非常尊重其他以同樣態度對待自己宗派功夫的習武者。
