The Choy Lai Fut Martial Arts Hall is a traditional kungfu school dedicated to teaching martial arts and self defence skills to children and adults of all abilities and backgrounds. In particular, we specialize in the Choy Lai Fut (aka Choyleefut) kungfu style that originated in southern China.
You have come to the right place if you are looking for a traditional, non-competitive, family-oriented, and supportive place to learn kungfu and self defence — we believe in getting to know our students and their personal learning objectives, so that we can help each person expand beyond their current boundaries.
Our instructors are both women who have trained formally as disciples of Grandmaster Wong Ha, and have a collective 48 years of experience practicing and teaching kungfu.
