The self defense programs at the Choy Lai Fut Martial Arts Hall are taught by two women instructors. We have been training partners and co-instructors for years both in traditional kungfu and self defense, and have spent a great deal of time improving and refining our self defense classes on a continual basis.
We are absolutely passionate about encouraging women to take up martial arts and self defense, and are also quite proud to say that we have created an environment that fosters respect, friendship, and a sense of family between all of the men, women, and children in our school. To us, strength goes far beyond the physical - it's the the mind and spirit that matters most.
